Alen is from Umag and holds a specialist graduate degree in occupational safety. He has also completed the general and specialist parts of the professional exam for occupational safety experts, training in adult education, the course for persons responsible for hazardous chemicals and the course on determining workers' alcohol levels at work — along with many other certificates needed to do the job well.
